VCD TO DVD

ok i have 3 tv shows that i want to put onto dvd what is the easiest way i do this..And get the best quality all i am puting on is 3 episodes all together which is two hours give me the needed tools and the best and easiest way to do so thank you very much

I'm assuming each episode is roughly 40 min apiece. Take each one into tmpge and encode to dvd, set it at about 33%, maybe 32% of disc space per episode. when all three are envcoded to mpeg 2 go to dvd author and choose ADD FILES, then add all 3 and author them and burn them.
