----this is the error i recieve before Authoring, This is my first time time and first try ever converting and authoring. Any suggestions? Should I just go ahead and still author? Will it be able to bun ok? Will it play on my standalone player?

As far as what I've read, the maximum allowed bitrate is 10.08 Mb / sec, combined that is.

You should never really exceed 9.0kbps for your video stream anything from 5,000 to 8,000 is fine.
