Still Pic Clip With sound

Hi
I want to make a 2min video clip out off 640x480 picture and a audio clip. so at the movie will be a image playing like it is but with the music playing at the background.
how do i do it.

2 things you can do:

1. Try Windows Movie Maker, its comes w/ xp and is free w/ a windows update if you dont have it.

2. Try a forum search...there have been plenty of questions like that and people have suggested different software that might help too.
