One thing about that kid stunt i've never heard a SINGLE reporter or newscast claim is that Michael takes drugs. It's obvious Jacko just has too much damn money....doesn't know what to do with it....but I believe he's on a little nose candy every now and then. Actually..I should probably say NOSES candy...because lord knows he's had a shit load of noses. As far as the molestation goes...I think that should in all seriousness be left for the courts. The D.A thinks they have so much damn evidence...let's just see how much they really have when the trial starts.

But no doubt ..dangling your own kid or ANY kid off a damn balcony is ridiculous....he could of dropped that kid....what if he had a stroke or got a stinger while he was holding the kid...shit....Jacko is only a buck twenty soaking wet...so he woulda dropped that kid like an oily turkey.....I honestly believe he's on dope...but i've NEVER heard a single newscaster say it...instead..they just elaborate on his oddities as if they are just his personality..and nothing causing or aiding in some of those actions.

More likely it was a doll doll with its head covered. if they did not investigate, they were remiss in their duties. Did anyone complain about them?

If you have doubts about me that is your business. As for Jackson being a pedophile, only the children he alleged molested or he know for sure. Anything else is pure speculation. Does anyone here know for 100% certainty he is a monster? How do you know?

If he is a pedophile, everyone who made jokes about him is just as sick as this monster is for making fun of such a heinous crime. If he isn't then you did him a horrible disservice. Very few things are just as bad or worse than being a child molester. Falsely accusing or alledging someone is, is one of them, in my opinion. The moderators will supposedly lock a post for any obscene comments. Guess pedophilia jokes do not qualify here.

@ TommyKnocker....I have pretty much always respected your views and still do...but there is no doubt Jackson was dangling his own kid..and definitely a live kid. I've seen the clip numerous times..you can see the baby fat all over the babies legs..and you can even see the babies legs clinch while he's dangling the kid.

He did do that overseas...it was either in England or Germany..I forget which one...but i'm sure they have laws on that type of thing over there. Of course..the truth is..celebrities get special treatment..if that was your average "JOE"..there would be all types of investigations going on.....I mean..you can clearly see just from Jacko's arrest that he gets favorable treatment. The guy flew in on his arrest warrent in a PRIVATE JET....which he then parked in a freakin' hanger so he could go in through the back door of the police station. That's not common stuff....the police usually drag you in....but he absolutely gets special treatment.

As far as the "DOLL" goes..I think you are thinking about Eminem....months after Jacko dangled his kid over the balcony...Eminem was overseas and put a mask over his face and dangled a little toy doll over the balcony...mimicking Jackson......At any rate..one thing I definitely agree with is that people should reserve judgement until the FACTS come out.

There hasn't been a single fact leaked out..if there is one to begin with..other then this kid told a therapist Jackson molested him. I know Jackson is very eccentric and peculiar....but people should let the facts speak for themselves. I don't agree with a lot of the things the guy does...especially sleeping in the same bed..harmless or otherwise..with little boys...but just "falling asleep" in the same bed and actually molesting a kid..is a horse of a different color.

I was joking with some of my comments because regardless of the facts...Jackson brings a lot of this on himself.....he should of stopped sharing beds with boys a long time ago.....but i'm interested to see what "FACTS" this Sneddon character really has. He's supposed to be a big shot....yet he makes childish comments and idiotic jokes about how he doesn't listen to "that music"...in a case of such a serious nature. If Sneddon doesn't have facts to back up his mouth..then he should be scorched for the time, money, and pain the guy has caused. If the facts do show otherwise...then Jackson should get the full 8 years per count...3 counts total equal 24 years.

If he gets prosectuted...i'm sure the law will be leniant and let him bring his hyperbolic chamber to prison.....then at least he can look the same 24 years from now and preserve his life anyway...so he really isn't losing any age...at least that's what he believes.

Of course it was a live kid. There is video of it and it is obvious what is happening AND he admits that he did it! This stuff is not up for debate. The part that suprised me about your post was that you were so quick to go off on someone for posting proven facts, yet you did not even take the time to check those facts yourself.

Not to mention Faye Resnick who owed alot of money to a drug dealer, she was in rehab at the time, but in a picture shown on Larry King, Faye and Nicolle looked like sisters.... Then we have Faye getting a lot of money for interviews and then telling Larry Knig she was broke because everything she got went to paying off her "debts".

It is my believe and the believe of alot of people that the target of the murder was actually Faye. Nicolle and Ron were just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Tommyknocker, I completely agree with you about Jackson hanging his kid over a balcony. I would hope that the authorities would have done more also, but so what? That doesn't make Jackson's actions any less shocking. You seem to argue that simply because of the fact that he still has custody of his children, that must therefore mean he couldn't have done anything too bad, when the video/pictures and his confession make it clear that he did in fact dangle his baby over a balcony. One of my professors worked in legal aid for about 10 years. You should hear the horror stories she has told us about things that parents did to their children without having their custody taken away. The system is far from perfect, but that is no defense for the parents.

I was being serious when I suggested we get back to joking around. I don't view these jokes as making light of pedophilia, I feel them as making fun of Michael Jackson, which isn't exactly considered policitally incorrect these days considering his actions. Besides that, some of these jokes are funny.

Time to shut this one down before it reaches boiling point. What started out as a light hearted (maybe slightly sick) attempt at humour has turned sour and can only get worse.

Let's agree to disagree, the trial should prove who is correct and who isn't. If you want to discuss the merits of the US justice system, the OJ Simpson trial, religious followings or child molestation do it through either private messages or emails because these topics are a near certainty to end in arguements.
