Not burning properly using Nero or VCDEasy

Hi All,

I am pretty new to this burning of VCDs and I am having a lot of problems trying to do so using Nero and VCDEasy.

Using VCDEASY , I keep getting a message saying that it won`t recognise my CDRW driver....and therefore I get nothing on my CD.

So then I tried nero 6-SmartSmart and when I tried that-it burns successfully but it only burns it in data format. Even when I click on the VCD button... All I get on the CD are folders with the names CDi, EXT, MPEGAV, Pictures, Segement and VCD.
The CDI and Pictures folders are empty.

I cannot seem to be able to burn the VCD successfully only in dataformat or something and it won`t play on my player.. so has anyone has got any idea what is wrong here?

I reaaaaaaally really need some help here...

One more thing my CDRW is-TEAC CD-W552E

When I looked up the info on my cd after burning it, all I get is this:

Track 01:00:00:02:00:1002 (3MB) ISO (Joliet) (Mode 2)
Track 02: 00:12:02 04:45:11 (49 MB) DATA Mode2
Track 03:04:57:13:02:45:39 (30 MB) DATA Mode 2
