  1. im using the demo for svcd2dvd and ive done two movies so far and in both of them i get a few pops in the first minute of video and after that its fine.

    do you know what the problem could be?

    Not without looking at your log file.... Can you change mpeg audio encoder in the options?
    SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.

  3. no the ac3 is darkened and the mpeg is the only option and its already clicked.

    I notice you have the FULL version now. In Options - uncheck use ffmpeg as the mpeg audio encoder.

    This may resolve your issue - but will increase duration.

    is there anyway to use the ac3 encoder? what advantage does that give me over mpg?
