Here's a good one for ya: Working in DVD Workshop AC-3. I have a main menu, a chapter selection menu, and a final menu that I want to come up after the movie plays to the end. When you right click the video, select "after play" then "last menu" is selected. Well, in my menu bar, the menu I'm referring to IS the last menu or am I not understanding Ulead's idea of "last menu". They could have done a better job at this by giving you some options here like "stop video", "blank screen", etc.
Anyway, why is it not playing my last menu and can it be done in this app?
Thanks!

According to page 61 of the PDF HELP, the LAST MENU "displays the last menu **that you viewed.**
"The last menu is the menu where the title that was played was accessed."
Have you tried the SPECIFIC MENU option?
According to the HELP, "specific menu jumps to a specific menu after playing the title."
"Drag a menu from the MENU LIST into the TITLE SELECTOR to set it as the AFTER PLAY."
Hope this helps,

Very interesting. Thanks for your help. I've tried to drag a menu from the menu list a the bottom of the screen to the title list at the bottom and it won't allow this. Am I misunderstanding what you're saying?
Where is "Specific Menu" found?
Thanks again! -
You'll see the SPECIFIC MENU option if you right click on the thumbnail in the lower right hand corner of the interface.

Jerry, thanks for your help. BUT, I must just be an idiot. I assume you're referring to the thumbnail view at the bottom of the chapter list that runs down the right side of the screen. The thumbnail I THINK you're talking about allows you to scroll through the chapters you have. If I right click on that, I get no sort of options at all. If I right click in the title list across the bttom of the screen, I get all play and last menu. What am I missing here?
Thanks! -

Yes.
Again.
The instructions on page 61 of the PDF manual suggest that you "drag a menu from the MENU LIST into the TITLE SELECTOR."
You seem to know what the MENU LIST is.
However, did you realize the TITLE SELECTOR is defined on page 17 of the PDF manual?
The TITLE SELECTOR *is* the thumbnail in the far lower right of the interface.
(It is the part of the CHAPTER LIST that displays the active TITLE.)
Hope this helps,

And my dad told me we're never suppose to read the owner's manual. I guess that rule only applied back in the olden days when such high tech stuff wasn't around.
Anyway, that was the trick and I appreciate your help. My video now plays and ends with my "end video" that I created just for that.
Thanks so much for all of your help. This place is the fire!
