Hello people, I thouth that I finaly know everything about MF2 , when I got this problem.
I capture 1:30min with my Leadtek TH 170 VIVO ( as I did that many times before-succsesfully) bit rate for caoture was MOEG 2 720x576 PAL, bit rate 6000 (for 1:30min of DVD) audio is default MPEG layer - i dont know exactly the numbers because I never touched audio settings.
So I got MPEG 2 video on HDD, imported in MF2, add chapters and let it render and burn on DVD overnight. In the morning I found the message, MPEG stream is not compatible.
I was surprised because this was the settings I used many times before and it was perfect. I will try again the same, but does anyone knows what is this?
Thanks a lot

There should be no need to "let it render" overnight.
If you click the second button in the lower left corner of the interface and then click the CHANGE MPEG SETTINGS button, you can adjust your Ulead DVD MovieFactory 2 project settings to match the attributes of your captured video.
Then you can check the DO NOT CONVERT COMPLIANT FILES check box.
As long as you follow the steps above, your video will not be re-encoded.
The video will instead be recorded to disc without any re-encoding.
Hope this helps,

Specialist, interesting but if I want to be sure we understand each other I will need to tell you my settings so here it is"
I capture MPEG 2 bit rate 6000, 720x576, Audio is MPEG 1 Audio layer 2 stereo 224kbps, and that file has no quality loss and it look as original.
Open MF2, Start project DVD, -NEXT- click on second right button"checkmark button" Change MPEG settings and I change to good quality 6000, and left LPCM Audio (and my captured audio is MPEG Layer 2), UNCHECK do not convert compliant MPEG files, OK, then ADD my video do the meny;s and check record to disk, UNCHECK include project files, UNCHECK quick eject, put DVD in DVD burner, and when I click to OUTPUT Movie factory says: This action will take some action to render: do you want to continue, I click YES and the following messages on the bottom of screens are I think: Converting Videos, Converting Audio, Multipleksing etc. Thats it, after about 1 hour (for 1:30 minutes of captured video) without burning I got that rpocess finished. That is how I used to do before.
If you ask me why I UNCHECK Do not convert MPEG compliant files-the answer is-because when is CHECKED-my project size is much bigger?
Please tell my where I do wrong, but I have to say that YESTERDAY I recorder DVD with this settings, and when I captured another 1;30minutes, I couldnt.

1. Click the button in the far lower left corner;
2. Click PREFERENCES;
3. Click the GENERAL tab;
4. Check the location of your WORKING FOLDER.
Make certain your WORKING FOLDER isn't on your C: drive (and isn't chock full of old files).
I do not recommend the project settings you indicated because such a choice will force re-encoding of your source material's audio.
Remember - a consumer DVD disc capacity is a mere 4.37gb.
You must keep your project size within that limitation.
