Need DVD Authoring tool with slideshows, AC3, Burning...

Im looking for a good authoring tool that has flexible menus, makes slideshows with multiple audio, Audio fade in/out for slideshows, can burn VCD/DVD and supports AC3. Conversion is not needed since I will be importing compliant video.

Currently Im using Moviefactory2 which is great but it can't accept multiple audio and no fade in/out for the slideshows. Also there latest update has prevented the AC3 cheat. Most of my Authored DVD's include a few videos and a few slideshows. The lack of audio control in the slideshows is starting to bother me when the music just abruptly stops at the slideshow end.

I know that there are some big $$$ tools around to do this but Im interested in some simple cheaper ones. I already checked the "Tools" section but its difficult to determine the slideshow capabilities.

I would also love to know. I'm using NeroVision and it also has no audio options. I am really that impressed with the pic that i get with Nero either.

Sonic MYDVD 5 Deluxe,AC3(2ch) output,audio matches slideshow length.

I have the Sonic MyDVD version 4.02, it came with my DVD drive. Version 4 seems to have a few problems and it doesn't support AC3. I saw on the Sonic website that ver5 deluxe supports AC3. Does version 5 run much better?

MachineMan, if your DVD-RW drive is a Sony, you can upgrade MyDVD to 5.2 LE free. Just go the Sony support site.

5.2 does give you the option to do AC3 but only in 2.0. I am still using the 4.X, but have 5.2 in another drive for the same PC, mainly for 5.2's better sound quality in capturing DV.
