Upgrading Mother Board???

Would like any or all advise on my situation. I have no AGP slot on motherboard, or no PCI vacant PCI. Am considering Nividia software. I've been advised thus far to consider the Nividia 64Meg. I'm using Sony DCR-TRV520 Digital Camcorder and would like to enhance my video editing capabilities. I have a PC clone 733Mhz, 256RAM P III w/firewire. All advise greatly appreciated

gee youre even more unlucky than me, i was pissed off when i bought an AGP video card, only to learn that my stupid manufacturer had made everything integrated much like you, so i had to go buy a PCI, but you dont even have a PCI! well, keep your existing chipset and all your plugin hardware like your harddisk and CD roms and stuff, and get a new motherboard with AGP and PCI expansion slots, not much else you can do, you mustve bought a computer from a shoddy manufacturer like me (gateway).

Get an 815e chipset from someone like abit, tyan or that crowd. Tomshardware has good advice and reviews . http://www.tomshardware.com, just look at the motherboard section at the bottom.
