TMPGenc Author problem

I had a file I couldn't open with TMPGenc, so I frameserved with Virtualdubmod. The file has encoded fine but when I try to put in to TMPGenc Author I get error messages.

The video resolution 480x480 cannot be used
The video framerate 29.7fps cannot be used with the resolution 480x480

The video GOP is too long.

What can I do?

Encode the file at 352x480 and set the `Max number of frames in a gop` to 18 frames,you find that in settings/gop structure,also make sure the audio is 48khz so it doesnt have to be reencoded.
