I need some help from some DVD Workshop owners. I have finally got my computer set up so I can capture the audio and video using DVDWS and burned it do a disk. Now my last step is to figure out a way to cut out some parts. If I could impose upon someone to walk me through the steps, I would greatly appreciate it. I have an ATI AIW 9700 card, 2.8 GHz computer with WinXP. I have Vdub and TMPGEnc Plus. I have tried capturing using DVDWS and cut with Vdub; DVDWS wouldn’t accept the file. Capturing using ATI in MPEG2 cut with TMPGEnc Plus; again DVDWS wouldn’t accept the file. What I would appreciate it if someone could take the time to type out step by step what I need to do to, from capturing the VHS video, editing it, to authoring it using DVDWS. If possible, I would like to do this using the software I all ready own. I could convince the wife to let me buy something new but I would have to keep it under $50, Christmas is just around the corner so money is tight. Thanks for the help.
