I somehow managed to screw up terriblly when i was using TMPGenc i used mpeg tools and some how managed to put it in vbr mpeg2 instead of VCD and now I can't get it to go back. first off how on earth can the program convert one way but not back and 2 how do i turn it into a VCD?

I've split it into m2v and mp2 but that's not helping me either please help me.
