    Hello!!!!

    Is there any software that convert .ac3 into .mp3 direct.
    that take a long time to convert the .ac3 to .wav then to .mp3.
    I want to convert ac3 to mp3.

    Define "a long time"? If you use DVD2Avi to make a .d2v project (creating a d2v pointer file and the accompanying 44.1kHz WAV file), that should take no more than half the playing time of the movie/concert. Once you have the WAV file, you can use any MP3 compression software to make an MP3 of that whole WAV file in a handful of minutes.
