so, i have a bin file on my hardrive and i'm trying to get the mpg's out of it. i've used isobuster to get the avseq01.mpg file out using the M2F2 method (as described elsewhere on this site) and for some reason i'm not getting the whole file. the bin file is 789 megs. when i open the bin file with isobuster, it says the avseq01.mpg file is 686.68 megs, but when i rip it, for some reason, the file is always 522 megs. with this smaller file, after the first 5-10 minutes of the movie, it just skips forward about ten minutes. it also will not allow you to navigate through the file for these first 20 minutes. after this, it plays normally. but i want those skipped ten minutes! i've tried burning the bin file onto a cd, it won't play in my dvd player. from there i've tried to rip the mpeg file from the cd and it's still only 522 megs. i've used other bin files containing svcd's before and this has never happened. usually my mpg plays fine. i'm thinking it's just a corrupt bin and there's probably nothing i can do, but i came here to see if there was some glaringly obvious thing that i haven't done yet and maybe you guys could help. thanks.
