SVCD on a Scott 838

Hi,

I've produced VCD's, they play perfectly well on my Scott. Now I'm making myy experiences with SVCD. Pictures with little movement are of great qualitiy. As soon as there's movement, the picture will shift group of lines every few lines.
-Is this an encoding problem?
-How can I fix this?

I have the same DVD player as you, and my svcds work very well with my dvd player.

I make them with DVDx and TMPGEnc.

Perhaps you should try this method if yours one doesn' t work.
