How to change avi frame size?

Hi guys,

I was trying to merge 3 *.avi files with "Avi Joiner", but 2 file is showing frame size 368 x 240 and one is showing 368x208.

So I can't join these 3 files.

How can I convert the frame size to same as other files? Which tool I should use?

I can tell you what I've done in the past, it might help: I converted some AVI segments in TMPGENC to VCD format so they are the same size (352x240 or whatever it is) then use the merge/cut feature in TMPGENC to make them into one file, then reencode the whole mess to one large file.
