    Hi,

    I've used AnyDVD and CloneDVD to copy a DVD, but I was wandering if it's possible for a program, like CloneDVD, to copy a region 1 DVD (NTSC) to any region but convert it to PAL.

    Can someone please help,

    Simply NO. You need to rip it to HD, convert to MPEG, rencode as PAL and put it back on DVD. Big job. Check guide section under NTSC to PAL conversion, they cover what's needed (more then 1 way to do it).
