    Ok;
    Lets start again.. the movie is Drum Line. I have created a folder on my G drive (G:\DRUMLINE)in that folder I created VIDEO_TS & AUDIO_TS. In DVD Shrink... I Re-Authored, kept the movie only and took out all the subpicture info & also French & Spanish audio.... and backed up. When done I even looked in the folder VIDEO_TS and yes the files exist. Now heres the problem... In Image Tools source Dir = G:\DRUMLINE\VIDEO_TS Target Dir. = G:\program files\Image Tools\Target Files. At this point upon clicking the Image button I get this error ( can't find VIDEO_TS folder it must exist below the existing directory) What in the blazes is this about???. I have created folders and deleted folders I even directed Image to G:\DRUMLINE only.and still get this error (Uknown Error) thats helpful! Speaking of helpful....PLEASE anyone.

    source Dir = G:\DRUMLINE\VIDEO_TS
    error message
    can't find VIDEO_TS folder it must exist below the existing directory
    solution...source Dir = G:\DRUMLINE
    since you already tried that and got an unknown error i would forgo converting the files to ISO and simply burn Shrink's files with your favorite burning prog. i use copytodvd 2.3.7 for all dvdrs and nero 5.5.10.42 for rws.
    why are you converting anyway? for better compliant dvdrs? yeh, that's what going around this forum. but if you do not have playback issues no need to convert. are you having playback issues? if yes, and since ImgTools is not working you might try a diff burning prog.
    good luck

  4. noki has pointed it out... You have to pick the root directory of the VIDEO_TS folder.

    BTW - I have also a picky DVD player that doesn't like discs created with Nero. Sometimes they load, sometimes they don't and sometimes I have to open and close the tray many times until the discs load. Discs created with ImgTools and burnt with DVDDecrypter work always! Sine recently I also use Copy2DVD within DVD2One and have to say that so far that works also perfectly. No video load issues so far. The player is a Daewoo 5700 which is a great machine. No MV, no region and can play NTSC on a PAL TV and vice versa. It's just a little picky and doesn't like discs burnt by Nero. I tried a lot of versins of Nero and as far as I remember the best results I had with 5.5.10.20 ISO Mode. Tried also 6x versions but had the same inconsistent results.

  6. Hi GT_Music,

    2 things come to my mind. Are you using the NTFS files system or FAT32? You need NTFS so an >4GB file image can be written.

    Second hint if you are positive to use NTFS: Is there enough disc space left to write the > 4GB image file?
