    I guess I need to make VOB files and such. What is the best program? Thanks.

    I assume that you are refering to authoring of DVDs. Personally I have used Ulead MovieFactory 2, Ulead DVD Workshop, and TMPG DVD Author. TMPG DVD Author was by far the easiest to use. Just my opinion. I would recommend that you check out the tools section for comments.

    1) Check out the authoring tools in the TOOLS section.

    2) I personally like DVD-Lab.
