    Hello all,

    I have an .avi at 480x280 29.97fps. When I put it to SVCD, it changes the movie size to 480x480. Is there a way I can keep the size as it is and center it on the screen, whilst adding borders to the top and bottom to make up the 280 upto 480? I'll be using TMPGenc to do this.

    tmpgenc will make the borders for you when you choose the ntsc svcd template.You can also adjust the screen ratio with the video arrange mode,usually choosing full screen(keep aspect ratio) will do.
