I 'm using Premiere 7 and the mainconcept built-in encoder to export my projects. What i am looking for is a way to auto-shut down the pc after the end of the rendering. I used to take advantage of this option previously with Premiere 6.5+video server plugin+TMPGenc, but it seems that now my hands are tied with Premiere 7.
I think its a really useful option since i often encode large avis by leaving my PC working all night long.
Any suggestions?

Just leave you computer on...I haven't turned off my desktop in over a year....
Computers were really not made to be turned off....the expansion and contraction of materials caused by heating and cooling can shorten the life of your computer....take advantage of energy saving modes
