The ARCHOS AV140 Video Recorder is the first handheld personal entertainment center. It combines a modular MP4 video player and recorder(1), MP3 music player and recorder, digital camera and camcorder(2), digital photo wallet and data storage in a compact device that fits in the palm of your hand.

There are new models available the 320 with a 20 gig hard drive, the 340 with a 40 gig hard drive and the 380 with a 80 gig hard drive. All three have a 3.8" screen.

I think I will wait for at least a 9 inch screen.....I don't think my eyes could focus on 3.8" :P
