If i get video with audio out of sync i demux the mpeg in tmpenc then remux with bbmeg and set the delay to video to what i need or if the audio
slowly goes out of sync i use sound forge to stretch or shrink the time line to match the video

I dont know if womble mpeg-vcr will load your file, but you can get a fully functional trial.Estimate how much your file is out of sync, Demux your file with whatever you like, a simple demux in TMPGenc, open mpeg vcr, go to tools open the MPEG System muxer and load your video and audio files. Determine your format, give your file a name and hit the AV-Sync button, move the slider +- to your estimated time out of sync.OK, Save it, you might have to try this a couple of times to get it just right but it works very quickly.
Just shut up and listen dumbass

  4. Does your audio/video gradually driftout of sync, or are they out of sync by the same amount of time throughout the video?

  6. You can use virtual dub. Since you used tinra I'm assuming the video is an avi file. Load your file into virtuual dub then choose audio>full processing mode. Then choose audio>interleaving. Read the instructions in the pop up box that appears. At the bottom of the box you will see another box called audio skew correction. If the audio plays too early you will use a positive number in the box. If it plays too late you will use a negative number. I usually start with 500 (or -500). Click ok and then play the video in virtual dub. If it is still not in sync go back ond change the number. It's really trial and error until you get the right number. When the a/v are in sync, choose video>direct stream copy and then file>save as avi. Your new fle should now be in sync. Remember to leave the audio in full processing mode when saving the file.
