  1. I have some videos on my PC that I can't open. When I try to open it, sometimes the audio just plays, but I have no picture. When I opened in in Windows Media Player (pretty sure I have the current version) and clicked File-->Properties, it said that the codec was the Moonlight NicePheratu codec. What is this and where can I find it?

  2. If the above link is right, any mpeg-2 codec would work. Download and install a trial version of a software DVD player such as PowerDvd or WinDvd.

I tried that, but the download link was a bad link.

Also, I downloaded a program called GSpot that can be used to tell you which codec a file needs, and it says I have the MoonlightNicePheratu codec, but I can't see any video (but get audio) in Windows Media Player. I don't know why it would do that if I have the codec.
