I have to admit, I'm really just not sure what to select for Source Aspect Ratio in TMPG.
It says if my source is in 4:3.. how do I tell that?
I suspect that since I captured in 480x480, that's actually VGA 1:1 (same height and width, no?) If I'd captured in 640x480 that's 4:3, right?

Just do the ratio of width/height.
640/480 = 1.33333 = 4/3
