Need help finding DVD holder insert thingamadoo!

Does anyone know where I might be able to find dvd inserts for my cases? I'm doing a wedding video, and they want all of the unused footage as well as the finished product. It's going to take 3 discs, and I have some dual cases with hinge inside that an insert would clip into.

Am I making any sense? I'm having a hard time trying to explain what I need, but hopefuly it's clear enough.

If anyone knows where I can find these inserts, please let me know!

This might sound silly.....but why don't you just buy a 3 disc dvd case?

Good point, and that might be what I'll end up doing, but I already have 50 of the dual cases, and I don't want to have to buy triple cases if i don't need to.

Why not just buy some of the paper sleeves, and insert those in the clip. Since the disk contains only raw video, your customer should not mind too much, especially if you take some of your unused full CD labels and label them with a pretty wedding video capture shot. Whatever you do, don't use plastic sleeves. They are notoriuos for sticking to disks.
