    Can you use the InstantCopy Hidden Settings Editor in both v7.0 and v8.0 or just in v7.0?

    Do you have InstantCopy under Reduction Method do "Automatic Resize" or just set it to "High Quality"

    you can use ICHSE on both

    I recommend you do all the settings manually in IC 8 and do not use auto resize. You also may want to check which audio/subs it is selecting

    you can also specify different qualities for different titles on the DVD using IC 8, so you can use high quality on the movie and use speed on the extras
