im trying to merge a svcd but tmpg wont take it as it says one cd is different from the other?
how else could i merge them?is there a tool about that deals with this kind of problem?
or dio i have to turn them to avi then put them together?

I presume you mean the MPEG-2 files from the two SVCD's?
Have you tried Womble? People seem to swear by that for MPEG-2 cutting/joining etc..

did u use a vbr to encode the mpegs? ive only had to do this with avi files with a vbr and used virtual dub to decompress the audio (which was the problem in my case) and then append the 2 files, maybe some1 might know if this is possible with mgegs ive never had cause to do with anything other than avi that were going to svcd
