DVD to SVCD Using Cinema Craft Encoder 2.62 Lite

I have the Cinema Craft Encoder 2.62 lite. How do I convert DVD to SVCD using this encoder? I heard that that CCE encodes the best quality SVCD. Does any body knows how to use it? Do I need other software to use this?

You need cce sp 2.62, better is cce sp 2.5.
CCE SP is a very good MPEG-2 encoder, but the source file must be well prepared. For filters use TMPG>VFAPI>cce, VFAPI> VirtualDub>cce or Avisynth> cce. Only the first method work with cce2.62
