I am encoding MPEG-2 with Adobe Media Encoder (Premiere Pro), both muxed and un-muxed. TMPGEnc is used to mux the unmuxed output and VCDEasy is used to burn the VCD. I am having 2 problems.
1. The time code is always wrong. Either 2 long or 2 short. The video is about 51 min, it is either shown as 35min (muxed by Premiere) or 1:10 min (unmuxed)
2. The overscan. The edges are gone. How can we do border in Adobe Media Encoder?
Thanks!
