  1. having just spent some time over the weekend creating iso files for burning, I now find I have used up lots of hard drive space.
    Would compressing the iso files (say to zip format) actually save much space?
    Or would it be a waste of time?

    depends what is IN the iso files as to how much you can compress it .. if its mpeg files -- it will not compress a lot ...


    ussually you use ace or rar compression on big files... not zip

    The iso files are of the matrix and matrix reloaded.
    Anyway what do you need to compress into rar?

    those will not compress much at all -- no point to waste time trying ..
