Hi, sorry if this is off the subject or does not belong here but I recently had to wipe my hard drive and re-install everything. I re-downloaded the windows media player. But it will not play back AVI. files. It keeps searching for codecs but I keep getting *Cannot play back the video stream: No suitbale decompressor could be found*

Does anyone know how I can fix this problem? Or of another player that will play AVI. FIles. I have downloaded a couple of other avi. players but none have worked.
