How do I enter key code with a 5 coverd in black?

I cannot get one program to load because there is a 5 coverd in black that is not a normal 5 there must be a lot of buttions to push at the same time but I don't know how to do it. can anybody tell me how?

The key code will let me install the program until I can enter the black 5 in the key code install box . have tried to use things like Ctrl, alt and enter at the same time but did not work must be another way. but can not find it

how about showing us an image of this mysterious 5 which is covered in black, and isn't a normal five?

I presume by 'pressing lots of buttons', you mean pressing a key with 'alt' etc.. to get a variant (like pressing the Alt Gr button with the 4 key, to get a Euro sign on UK keyboards - in some programs).

Is this what you mean?

Yes on US keyboards, I understand that this black 5 lets you get to start the install program , but I am not a programer so I am lost. do have the key code to show you if it helps, or if you want to see it. but don't know if I should post it on here because of copy right infringment

posting a weird black 5 here is not a copywrite issue (copy paste) -- specially since we have no idea what you are talking about ...

you bought a program - contact customeer support and ask them how to enter the serial number they sent you ... normally you just copy paste form the email they send you ..

if this is a warez type keygenerator -- contact the warez group and im sure they will help you (because you will not get any help here) ..

but anyway -- contact the software company and ask them how to enter the serial code .

As for copyright - warez etc.. yes, you're right! I just realised that as I switched my PC off for the evening!

You could blur or obfuscate the rest of the keycode - or chop it so we can only see the character you're talking about.

Maybe it'll be easier to understand your problem if you show us a scan of the character in question and/or a screenshot of what you're talking about.

Obviously make sure you're not revealing the full code.
