  1. I have an mpeg movie (which plays fine on the pc and also as a vcd). I copied the mpeg off the vcd so I could try and make another vcd out of it with menu's. I am using tscv .74 and also tried .73.

Here is the output I get when I try to create me bin/cue. It seems to get through the menu's, but screws up on the mpeg movie file.

"mpeg scan: pack header code (0x000001ba) expected, but 0x52494646 found (buflen = 2324)
...this looks like a RIFF header but a plain multiplexed program stream was required.
input mpeg stream has been deemed invalid -- aborting "

PLEASE HELP!!!! Or is there a better way to make menu's with vcd's that with tscv?

  2. I don't think this is a TSCV problem.

Try downloading VCDGear out of the Tools section (http://www.vcdhelp.com/vcdtools.htm). Use this program to convert the DAT file to an MPEG file. This will probably take care of your problems.

    Good luck!
