    YA hello i have a video file and the FPS is 119.880 and for me thats rather high so i wanted to convert it to 23.976 but when i go to encode it the size is unbareable almost 3gis full 20mins show dose anyone know how to convert the fps to it and acualty trash those frames not being seen by the human eyes any help would be greatly appreacted

    I have never heard of a video having such a high frame rate. What kind of file is this anyways and how did you make it to begin with?

    Its a TV caputered file i was like wow when i saw it also. my friend gave it to me to encode it and i saw that the FPS was rather high. so would u know how to fix it cuz i think if i can that FPS down the files size would be alot smaler then what it is
