    what do u reccomend i use to capture VHS or TV on my computer?

    With the info in your profile I doubt if you will have any success at video captures.
    Check the requirements of the capture cards on the left.

    He'll need something with real time hardware encoding. Maybe a Dazzle DVC 2.
