    I just created an DVD image file (iso) with Ulead DVD movie factory 2, but the image files (ISO) is to large to burn. When creating the disc image it showed under 4.3GB , but it turned out to be 5.9GB. How and Why? is there something I missed or other options I can take to create a DVD image files?

    How big is your input?I.e size of mpg or video+audio
    Try to demux the mpg and use ac3 or mp3 for audio and use ifoedit to author.

    I got the same problem a few weeks ago so I created the dvd folders only and used ImgTools to make the image file and burned using DVD Decrypter.
