    Its out but for some reason isn't listed under either microsoft.com/mac or at mactopia.com. But it is at www.microsoft.com/mediaplayer

    Its actually an improvement as far as streaming WMV content, but for local playing I still like VLC better.

    Hey I've never been inpressed with WMP for the Mac either, but this one actually works for streaming windows media so thats something.
