    Slick marketing nothing more.
    Nothing super about it.

    All that is done is the movie is encoded (at a higher bitrate) to take FULL advantage of the space available disk space. NO extra scenes , maybe only one audio track...etc....

    As holistic mentioned, the superbit thing is just a marketing thing. By not including bonus materials or features on the disc, there is more space for the movie, so it is encoded at higher bitrates. Sound is exactly the same however, and IMHO after 6Mbps I don't notice any difference in video quality.
