    im a bit new to all this stuff so ive got a avi file on my hard drive that i want to put onto a dvd. i dunno what im doin so will some please help me. thanks

    try CUCUSOST's AVI-To-DVD software, available in the tools section. very easy. then author it in something like TMPENC DVD AUTHOR. very easy too
