SVCD Slide Show Software (adobe premiere, ...)

What is the best and most advanced software to make SVCD slideshows in high quality ?

I already tried
MemoriesOnTV (cool effects, but not complete enough)
Ulead DVD Pictureshow (to limited)
and Photodex Proshow (best so far)

I was thinking of Adobe Premiere or Ulead Video Studio

if you want the best quality photo slide show for viewing on TV via a DVD player do not produce a SVCD. resolution is 480 x 480. instead do a VCD still (as opposed to VCD Mpeg) where res is 706(?) x 560(?), or something like that. and burn onto a CDR. what you don't have with this VCD still disc are transitions. once you add transitions you have a movie (mpeg). i think a couple of the Ulead products can do it (PictureShow, MovieFactory). good luck.
