Problems with Motion Menus in Ulead DVD Workshop

Hi i'm currently trying 2 create motion menu's in Ulead DVD Workshop but i'm having a few probs. I have looked at the post from a few days ago but am still having problems. The thing is that when I create a Motion Menu and then preview it, it just shows the 1st frame of the mpeg, as if it was a image. But 4 soem reason the audio carries on going!
I don't know if it's a obvious answer & so i'm sorry if it is but as always any help would be fantastic.

I do not see motion menu in preview mode either. The result, however, is motion menu and motion buttons (if any).
