The swap magic 3.0 cd has a high toc so it will allow you to play dvd-rips.
They are still working on the swap magic dvd they say it will allow you to play those multiple ELF games that normally dont work with a swap magic dvd. (has yet to be finished though)

I am sure that it does they wont work with the swap magic disks
Unless you use the cdloader program and this only works if your ps2 is a version 1-6
