Toast 6.03 update

Roxio released a Toast Titanium 6.0.3 updater for its CD/DVD burning software. Among the many improvements are Audio Master Quality Recording support for Yamaha recorders, a Buffer Underrun Prevention option for combination DVD+R/RW and -R/RW recorders, and recording and playback support for 24-bit audio input devices in Spin Doctor.

Of course the download button doesn't work yet, so I have nothing to report.

The link worked earlier today, but now it takes me to a screen that says

ROXIO.COM is temporarily offline for maintenance.

The obvious maintenance would appear to be the functionless download button. The button was linked to the same page I was on. Hopefully it will be up later today. Toast's lack of buffer underrun protection was a major lasp.

The link worked earlier today, and the download button's URL referred to the page on which the download button lived. Someone at Roxio's web hosting company jumped the gun on that one and is probably being spanked as we speak!

yeah it appears that there is no trace of a 6.03 update anymore.. the software updates page doesnt even list 6 as having an update...
