Help,
I just purchased Pinnacle's InstantCopy and when I go to burn to a DVD-R I have the Source section on the left which lists my hard drive and DVD-R/RW drive. The destination section only lists my hard drive. I uncheck the box for the hard drive in the Destination section and then use browse to select my DVD-R/RW burner, but it still doesn't show in the Destination section, the hard drive is the only option available. For now I am copying the disc image to the hard drive and then using Nero to burn to a DVD-R. I would like to do everything from InstantCopy if I could, but don't know how to display my DVD burner in the Destination section.
Thanks in advance,
Bill

I think there are fix for your PC i heard some on Call for help talk about this. I do ot know how to fix it.

Thanks for the reply Spiderman. I don't think there's a problem w/the drivers. It's a brand new system right out of the box and other programs aren't having any problems recognizing the DVD burner. Maybe I'll uninstall InstantCopy and re-install it. If that doesn't help, maybe I'll contact Pinnacle, unless somebody has any other ideas.
Thanks,
Bill
