Better cutting tool than TMPEnc?

Can you please tell me what is a better cutting tool to cut mpgs than TMPGEnc?

Because with TMPGenc cutting doesnt work very well.

you can use myflix or m1 edit which are the best mpeg cut and join tool in the world

If your source file has frame drops or not tmpgenc spec, tmpgenc will cut/merge incorrectly. I've used premiere6, vegas, mgi, ulead media, ulead video, etc., all have problems if your source is imperfect.

Frame serving was my solution.

You can use VCD Cutter.
I didn't try it myself, but the other guys I work with in this kind of stuff, say that it's fantastic.

for AVI , use virtual dub
for mpeg, use vcdcutter
