i always can't view movies when their stream type is OpenDML AVI. i tried to play these movies in BSplayer, WMP, AVIPreview... it only works in VirtualDub (i know isn't a player but i tried anyway...).
video is Divx Pro 5.1 codec, audio is fraunhofer iis mpeg layer-3 codec. i've both codecs.
have anybody experience this? any solution?
i'm using a GeForce2 GTS 32MB using the latest v.52.16 driver (W2K). the movies were fine on another PC using a matrox G400.
below is the screenshot

Other than the video cards - what else is different between the 2 machines???
Does one have FAT32 file system and the other NTFS???
Generally you only mention openDML when you require files over 2GB or 4GB for DV files -
both are running W2K SP4... only major difference is my PC is a Celeron 525mhz while the PC with a matrox G400 is a P3 800mhz.
i mentioned OpenDML AVI b'cos it's the only common factor i can find among those movies displaying this problem. the other movies with other stream type doesn't display this problem.
