How to create motion menu in Uleade DVD WS?

I can create standard menu but don't know how to create motion menu?

Start project; select menu (on the top); hit cancel to avoid Ulead's standard menu templates. On the left side of screen you have two selection buttons. With the left, select background video-general. With the right you load (import) a video file to be used as menu. Once imported you drag and drop it to menu list (lower part of screen). Now some more settings are available such as duration of motion menu etc.
