Hey
Could anyone explain what is the difference between NTSC and NTSC film? I know they have distinct fps, but what does it affect?
Is there difference in quality?
What criterion do I have to consider in a choice between them?

I guess that NTSC means a video stream running at 29.97fps with a 2:3 pulldown applied (telecined), or a true 29.97fps video stream (live broadcast events like news, sports).
Maybe NTSC film means a 23.976fps video stream that has had the pulldown flags removed.
Where exactly are you seeing these terms?ICBM target coordinates:
